Puerto Rico Law Number 149 (new Penal Code of 2004) §s 197-A and 197-B July 19, 2006

Violation of the anti-camcording provision, 197-A, is a 3rd degree felony with potential jail time of three years and one day to eight years.
Violation of the true name and address provision, 197-B, is a 4th degree felony with potential jail time of six months and one day to three years or a $5000 fine or both.
